As with all our banner stands the Double Economy Roll Up comes with its own carry case which provides an effective and convenient aid with transportation, the banner is kept free from being creased or damaged.
The stand works on the same principle as a projection screen and so makes the job of setting up easy and quick. All you have to do is remove the display from the carry bag, extend the supporting foot which is attached to the base, screw the first steel pole in to the support foot, then slip in the remaining poles on top and pull up the banner The top pole slips into the top rail and the tension of the banner keeps it secure and the display is ready for the public to admire.
The fact that the stand provides the opportunity to display on two sides means greater exposure and flexibility to really get your message across. For a smart and professional way to double the opportunity to exhibit effectively for maximum effect.
assembly instructions
Please read each step carefully before carrying out the task
- The graphic should be laid picture facing upwards on a work table or clean floor.
- Peel back a small amount of the waxed paper from the self-adhesive band at the top of the header bar.
- Line up the top, exposed self adhesive edge with the top edge of the front of the graphic and remove the protective strip completely, now press firmly to stick together. Lay back down on work surface or floor.
- Now, to attach the bottom edge of the graphic to the base of the banner stand, remove the waxed paper from the adhesive band on the plastic feeder strip of that runs the length of the base unit and line up the bottom edge of your graphic with the black line on the feeder strip. You can apply extra self-adhesive tape over the joins if required, on both sides.
- To operate the ‘rolling’ mechanism that allows the graphic to feed in and out of the base, pull the graphic taught backwards over the base unit and hold it firmly in this position with your left hand while removing the locking pin at the right hand side of the base unit. This will activate the pre-tensioned mechanism. You can now carefully feed the image into the base, initially allowing it to roll in only 2 to 3 inches back n forth making sure that it rolls in straight and evenly. For the time being leave the banner rolled up inside the base.
- At this point you should attach the second graphic to the base and activate its rolling mechanism in the same way as the first before you store the locking pin.
- The locking pin can be stored for future use in the clips, found on the under side of the base for future use. Now place the base on to the floor.
- Next take the aluminium elastic core, collapsible pole provided and make it up to its full size by fixing the segments together, one inside the other, until completed.
- Now place the pole into the hole that can be found in the centre of the base unit, towards the back, it is now ready to take the loaded banners ‘graphics’.
- Each of the banners, previously attached to their header bars, can now be extended, in turn, from the base by lifting up and out, until the complete image is visible. Finally secure each banner into position by hooking them over and on to the top of the pole each in turn, providing an attractive double display.
